Senior Stock Plan Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to manage various stock plan activities in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the company's stock plans globally, including processing stock option exercises and equity award releases
• Maintain equity plan data using the Fidelity Platform and troubleshoot issues with HR and Payroll data interfaces
• Provide customer service for employee inquiries related to equity awards and assist with audit processes

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of stock administration experience with knowledge of private equity
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred
• Proficiency with the Fidelity PSW equity platform and experience with Workday HRIS is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
