Senior Stock Plan Administrator

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operations of global equity incentive programs, the full-time remote Senior Stock Plan Administrator will manage stock options and restricted stock units while developing scalable processes and employee education initiatives to support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and evolve the global equity compensation program, ensuring compliance and scalability
• Process option exercises and RSU vesting releases, collaborating closely with HR and payroll
• Develop employee education materials and communications, leading training sessions across various platforms

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of stock administration experience at a U.S. public company, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience building scalable stock programs, including launching an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and data integrity
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automating processes
• Active CEP certification preferred, but not required
