Senior Stock Plan Associate

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in equity compensation operations, the full-time remote Senior Stock Plan Associate will manage complex stock plan transactions, resolve escalated operational issues, and provide technical guidance while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review complex stock plan transactions, reconciliations, and operational exceptions
• Provide technical guidance to associates and internal business partners on stock plan processes
• Evaluate and recommend workflow efficiencies and operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or four additional years of financial services experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of four years of financial services experience
• FINRA Series 7 registration required; Series 24 registration preferred within established timelines
• Advanced knowledge of stock plan administration and brokerage operations
• Experience supporting operational controls, audits, and compliance activities
