Senior Stock Plan Manager

Job Summary

To advance equity compensation strategies, the full-time Senior Stock Plan Manager will manage global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, optimize stock plan workflows, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations to ensure flawless execution and a seamless participant experience
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency and eliminate manual errors
• Architect a robust internal control framework and drive equity reconciliations to ensure data integrity and SOX compliance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred
• Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex logic formulas
• Track record of solving complex data issues across multi-system environments
• Ability to communicate intricate financial narratives simply and build cross-departmental alignment
