Senior Stock Plan Manager

Job Summary

To advance equity compensation strategy and manage global stock plan operations, the full-time Senior Stock Plan Manager will lead end-to-end lifecycle operations, optimize systems for efficiency, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, ensuring flawless execution and participant experience
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency
• Architect internal control frameworks and drive equity reconciliations for data integrity and SOX compliance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing equity and ESPP programs at a fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Ability to communicate complex financial narratives simply and build cross-departmental alignment
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement in processes
