Job Summary
Experienced in equity compensation, the full-time remote Senior Stock Plan Manager will manage and advance global stock plan operations, ensuring precise execution of equity plans and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, ensuring flawless execution and participant experience
- Design and automate stock plan workflows across multiple systems to maximize efficiency and reduce errors
- Develop employee education programs to enhance understanding of equity structures and maximize the perceived value of Total Rewards
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing equity and ESPP programs at a fast-scaling, publicly-traded technology company
- Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred
- Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Ability to communicate complex financial narratives clearly and build cross-departmental alignment
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement of processes
