Senior Stock Plan Manager

Job Summary

Managing and advancing equity compensation strategy, the full-time Senior Stock Plan Manager will oversee global stock plan operations, ensuring precise execution of equity plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, ensuring flawless execution and participant experience
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to ensure compliance and support complex data reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading equity and ESPP programs at a fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred
• Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Track record of solving complex data issues and engineering automated compliance solutions
• Strong relational intelligence with the ability to communicate complex financial narratives simply
