Senior Stock Plan Manager

Job Summary

Managing equity compensation strategy and global stock plan operations, the full-time Senior Stock Plan Manager will oversee end-to-end lifecycle operations, optimize systems for efficiency, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, ensuring flawless execution and participant experience
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multiple systems to maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and support stock-based compensation modeling

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing equity and ESPP programs at a fast-scaling, publicly-traded technology company
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions like pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and build cross-departmental alignment
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
