Senior Stock Plan Manager

Job Summary

To advance equity compensation strategy and global stock plan operations, the full-time Senior Stock Plan Manager will manage end-to-end equity plans, ensuring precision and scalability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, including grant processing and stock option exercises, to ensure flawless execution
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency and eliminate errors
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to support compliance and resolve complex data anomalies related to stock-based compensation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading equity and ESPP programs at a fast-scaling, publicly-traded technology company
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred
• Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• A track record of solving complex data issues and engineering scalable compliance solutions
• Strong ability to communicate financial narratives and build cross-departmental alignment
