Senior Stock Plan Manager

Job Summary

To advance equity compensation strategy and manage global stock plan operations, the full-time Senior Stock Plan Manager will oversee end-to-end equity plan management, ensuring precision and scalability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, ensuring flawless execution and a seamless participant experience
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency and eliminate errors
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to support compliance and resolve complex data issues

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading equity and ESPP programs at a fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred
• Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions like pivot tables and complex formulas
• Track record of developing scalable compliance solutions in multi-system environments
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial narratives and build cross-departmental alignment
