Senior Stock Plan Manager

Job Summary

To manage and advance equity compensation strategy and global stock plan operations, the full-time remote Senior Stock Plan Manager will lead end-to-end lifecycle operations, optimize stock plan workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, ensuring flawless execution and participant experience
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and resolve complex data issues

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing equity and ESPP programs at a publicly-traded technology company
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred
• Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly across departments
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization
