Job Summary
Managing and negotiating stop loss insurance deals, the full-time Senior Stop Loss Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the entire deal process and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire deal process from initial consultation to final agreement, ensuring client needs are met
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the company
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients on stop-loss products and market trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Consultant in the stop loss insurance industry
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
- Expertise in stop loss insurance products and policy life cycle
- Strong understanding of time management and organizational skills
