Job Summary

Managing and negotiating stop loss insurance deals, the full-time Senior Stop Loss Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the entire deal process and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire deal process from initial consultation to final agreement, ensuring client needs are met
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the company
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients on stop-loss products and market trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Consultant in the stop loss insurance industry
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Expertise in stop loss insurance products and policy life cycle
  • Strong understanding of time management and organizational skills
