Managing and negotiating stop loss insurance deals remotely, the full-time Senior Stop Loss Consultant will serve as the primary client contact, oversee the deal process, and leverage negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while targeting an annual goal of 125 cases.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on stop loss insurance products
  • Oversee the entire deal process from initial consultation to final agreement, ensuring client needs are met
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and prepare compelling presentations for clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Consultant in the stop loss insurance industry
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Expertise in stop loss insurance products and understanding of the policy life cycle
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
