Job Summary

Managing stop loss claims, the full-time Senior Stop Loss Specialist will coordinate the tracking, monitoring, and submission of claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Compile and submit stop loss claims to the carrier for reimbursement and manage large case notifications
  • Provide customer service by following up with internal and external customers and training new employees
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in clerical and customer service roles
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong mathematical skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
