Job Summary
Managing stop loss claims, the full-time Senior Stop Loss Specialist will coordinate the tracking, monitoring, and submission of claims while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Compile and submit stop loss claims to the carrier for reimbursement and manage large case notifications
- Provide customer service by following up with internal and external customers and training new employees
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in clerical and customer service roles
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong mathematical skills
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
