Senior Storage and Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Storage and Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise scale storage migrations with minimal downtime
• Own capacity performance lifecycle and daily operations of all storage hosted in Rackspace private cloud
• Serve as the operational owner for Dell PPDM and Data Domain platforms, managing backup strategy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience leading enterprise storage migrations using relevant tools
• Strong experience operating storage in Rackspace private cloud or similar environments
• Expertise with NetApp ONTAP, Dell PowerScale, and cloud storage services
• Experience designing and validating disaster recovery patterns for large storage environments
