Job Summary
To architect and design scalable storage infrastructure for large-scale AI and compute environments, the full-time Senior Storage Design Engineer will manage storage architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance and reliable storage solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Architect high-availability storage platforms and develop storage architectures aligned with workload requirements
- Evaluate and implement distributed storage technologies while establishing engineering standards and validation methodologies
- Drive automation practices and troubleshoot complex performance issues across storage, network, and compute systems
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in storage engineering or systems architecture, particularly in large-scale environments
- Deep understanding of distributed storage architecture, high-performance storage systems, and relevant technologies
- Experience with NVMe, SSD technologies, and storage networking
- Strong Linux systems knowledge and experience with storage benchmarking and performance tools
- Proficiency in automating infrastructure using Python, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code practices
