Senior Storage Engineer

Job Summary

Providing senior-level engineering and operational support, the full-time Senior Storage Engineer will manage day-to-day SAN administration with a focus on EMC and NetApp platforms while ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity across enterprise storage infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the SEC storage area network (SAN) environment, including EMC and NetApp systems
• Design and implement advanced, vendor-agnostic storage solutions and integrate storage services with backup and disaster recovery components
• Lead incident analysis and resolution for production storage events, ensuring quick restoration of services during high-priority incidents

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship is required for eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience managing storage area networks (SAN), specifically with EMC and NetApp systems
• Experience with NetApp Clustered Data ONTAP software
• NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) certification or equivalent is required
