Senior Storage Production Engineer

Job Summary

To support large-scale storage systems, the full-time Senior Storage Production Engineer will design, implement, and maintain storage clusters while optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity, working both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support large-scale storage clusters for scalability and high availability
• Develop and maintain storage monitoring and alerting systems for proactive performance issue resolution
• Optimize storage efficiency and lifecycle from inception to continuous operation and optimization

Required qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of practical experience
• Experience with distributed and high-performance storage solutions and networking protocols
• Solid understanding of block, file, and object storage technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, or Go for storage automation
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform
