Job Summary
Leading strategic client relationships, the full-time Senior Strategic Account Director will manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, driving business growth and delivering innovative medical communications solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop annual strategic plans and guide integrated programs aligned with client business objectives
- Oversee day-to-day client relationships while mentoring and developing internal account management teams
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and participate in new business initiatives and pitches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of seven years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, or medical communications
- Demonstrated success managing and growing accounts with annual revenues exceeding $2.5 million
- Proven experience as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders in marketing or medical affairs
- Strong leadership experience in mentoring and developing account management professionals
