Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to develop and nurture client relationships in the employee benefits and healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationship development and serve as the primary client-facing strategic partner
- Own and drive the account's Strategic Account Plan, aligning client goals with company objectives
- Oversee account management activities, including renewal strategy, upsell opportunities, and client health initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of experience in client success/account management in employee benefits and healthcare
- Professional experience in a consulting firm, carrier/TPA, digital health partner, or related industry
- Deep knowledge of self-insured medical, Rx, dental, and vision plans, as well as health plan operations
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support client strategy and initiatives
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
