Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive responsible for managing complex enterprise partner relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of accountability and expert advisor for high-complexity enterprise partner accounts
  • Take ownership of account growth and retention, driving significant annual recurring revenue through upsells and renewals
  • Act as the single point of accountability for enterprise-level issue resolution and partner satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of customer success or account management experience with large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Expert knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, COBRA, and Direct/Retiree Billing preferred
  • Proven success in high-stakes negotiations and complex contract management
  • Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
