Job Summary
To define ClassPass's presence in the hospitality sector, the full-time Senior Strategic Account Executive will manage strategic hotel partnerships, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and launch while operating autonomously to influence product and commercial strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic hotel accounts from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and launching partnerships
- Build and execute the hotel segment strategy, prioritizing brands and regions that maximize value for members and partners
- Lead complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders across various teams, ensuring alignment on commercial agreements
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategic sales, partnerships, or business development, particularly in hospitality
- Deep understanding of hotel and spa economics and demonstrated success in closing complex deals
- Experience in building or scaling a new vertical or strategic partnership from inception to execution
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to make decisions with limited information
- Executive presence with persuasive communication skills across diverse audiences
