Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely during Pacific Time Zone hours, the full-time Senior Strategic Account Executive will focus on client growth, retention, and satisfaction while overseeing contract renewals and upselling services to an assigned book of business.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing ongoing relationships and service delivery
- Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling programs
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of client relationship management or account management experience
- 3+ years of experience in PBM health plan client management
- Experience in reading, interpreting, and negotiating contract terms
- Client-facing presentation experience
- Proven advanced understanding of the PBM/pharmacy industry
