  • Serve as the strategic partner and main point of contact for a select portfolio of high-value, enterprise customers
  • Lead strategic planning and success reviews to help customers leverage the company's offerings effectively
  • Own renewals and expansion opportunities, driving customer retention and revenue growth across accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise or strategic accounts within a SaaS organization
  • 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with individual accounts exceeding $500K in ARR
  • Proven record of driving complex renewals and expansions at the C-suite level
  • Deep experience working with large, global organizations, navigating procurement and governance
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to build multi-year account plans
