Job Summary

Leading a dedicated account pod, the full-time Senior Strategic Account Manager will oversee client strategy, campaign execution, and performance accountability in a remote environment, ensuring seamless communication and project management across multiple digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading ongoing meetings and addressing inquiries while building trust with senior stakeholders
  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers and a Reporting Analyst, coordinating work across internal contributors and holding team members accountable for deliverables
  • Oversee project management for campaigns, ensuring efficient execution from planning through reporting and addressing any roadblocks proactively
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, account management, or client strategy
  • 3+ years in a senior client-facing role managing complex digital campaigns or strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, and display
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
