Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager, Corporate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for higher education clients to achieve goals and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client institutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or sales, focused on the higher education market
  • Experience with higher education institutions using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Video Content Management Systems (VCMS)
  • Proven track record of building strategic relationships with clients and exceeding key metrics
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success software, such as Salesforce
