Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue outcomes, including renewals and upsell opportunities across a portfolio of 7-10 high-touch accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with customer priorities and business outcomes
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders and lead complex negotiations for renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a quota-carrying, client-facing role within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of exceeding net retention and expansion targets
- Experience managing a higher-volume book of business effectively
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders confidently
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset focused on revenue growth
