Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager, Upper Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue outcomes, including renewals and upsell opportunities across a portfolio of 7-10 high-touch accounts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with customer priorities and business outcomes

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in a quota-carrying, client-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding net retention and expansion targets
  • Experience managing a higher-volume book of business effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders confidently
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset focused on revenue growth
