Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager, Upper Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue outcomes for a portfolio of 7-10 high-touch Upper Enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with customer strategic priorities
- Manage executive-level relationships and lead customer engagements, translating platform data into impactful business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing, quota-carrying role within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of exceeding net retention and expansion targets, including significant renewals
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume book of business while maintaining quality engagement
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders effectively
- Proactive mindset with a focus on customer needs and revenue growth
