Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue outcomes for a portfolio of 7-10 high-touch Upper Enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with customer strategic priorities
  • Manage executive-level relationships and lead customer engagements, translating platform data into impactful business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing, quota-carrying role within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding net retention and expansion targets, including significant renewals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume book of business while maintaining quality engagement
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders effectively
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on customer needs and revenue growth
