Job Summary
Driving customer success, the full-time Senior Strategic Account Manager will architect enterprise account strategies, build C-suite alliances, and ensure organizational alignment with Panopto's solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect Enterprise Account Strategy to transform product adoption into high-revenue partnerships
- Build C-Suite & Executive Alliances by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers across corporate sectors
- Drive Organizational Alignment & Value Realization by aligning client strategies with Panopto's VCMS/LMS solutions
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in retaining and expanding large enterprise accounts within the SaaS sector
- Experience building partnerships and influencing decisions at the C-suite level
- Exceptional capability in analyzing account performance metrics and navigating corporate procurement cycles
- Superior presentation and storytelling skills to convey technical solutions as business value
- Proficiency with advanced enterprise CRMs and customer success analytics platforms
