Job Summary
Supporting the distribution services in the US, the full-time Senior Strategic Account Specialist will manage day-to-day relationships with strategic accounts, providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate accounting, billing, and contract procedures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of strategic accounts and provide comprehensive customer service through high-volume phone and email support
- Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, process product returns and credits, and generate customized reports as required
- Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining detailed records of interactions in the CRM system
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required; Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service operations, case management, or related fields required
- Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Word and Outlook are necessary
- Experience in customer service roles with strong analytical and operational skills
