Senior Strategic Advisor

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Strategic Advisor will assess market trends, develop insights, and drive innovation while collaborating with internal and external partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize strategic needs, integrating efforts with the company's overall goals
• Build relationships with partners and vendors to drive decision-making and implement business strategies
• Analyze industry trends to inform market entry or exit decisions and align with strategic interests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Expertise in developing comprehensive business cases
• Proven experience presenting complex concepts to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of health plan strategy
