Senior Strategic Advisor, Health Plan

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Strategic Advisor, Health Plan will assess market environments, develop strategic insights, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation and align business strategies with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize strategic needs while driving the strategic development process across the organization
• Facilitate partnerships and vendor relationships to align business strategies and implement actionable initiatives
• Analyze industry trends and develop holistic strategies to enhance innovation and maximize ROI

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive business cases
• Proven experience presenting complex concepts to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of health plan strategy
