Job Summary
To achieve pharmacy affordability goals, the full-time Senior Strategic Advisor, Pharmacy will design specialty pharmacy networks, develop contracting strategies, and optimize network performance while working remotely from various locations in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies and reimbursement models to support affordability goals
- Develop and execute optimization strategies, including network design and pricing approaches, to enhance performance and compliance
- Translate complex market dynamics into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and present findings to executive leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
