Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Execution Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and execute transformative strategic transactions and investments
• Create and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and valuation related to M&A and A&D opportunities
• Conduct financial, technical, and commercial due diligence efforts with internal teams and external advisors

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
• Knowledge of the Energy industry landscape and market dynamics
• Strong project management skills
