Senior Strategic Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Consultant - Middle Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions for Middle and Back office functions
• Assist clients with business process mapping and support implementation processes, including configuration and customization of applications
• Consult on best practices for Middle Office to improve system adoption and ROI, and report progress to leadership regarding ongoing projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll and/or billing experience, preferably in the Staffing industry
• Proven track record of 5+ years in consulting or project management for Enterprise level clients
• Experience in business process analysis and all phases of the SDLC methodology
• Knowledge of popular ERP packages such as ADP, UKG, Workday, and others
• Extensive experience interfacing with customers in the SaaS or Staffing industry
