Senior Strategic Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the business solution and contracting strategy, the full-time Senior Strategic Contracting Manager will build partnerships with decision-makers, develop and present business proposals, and negotiate complex contract terms while working remotely from Ohio or South Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Build partnerships with laboratory and hospital administration to achieve business solution outcomes
• Develop and present business and contracting strategies aligned with organizational needs
• Negotiate complex contract terms and pricing for a diverse range of customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in implementing business-solution initiatives and managing challenging situations
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
