Job Summary
To serve as a strategic partner to the Corporate Sales team, the full-time Senior Strategic Engagement Director will manage the creation of research proposals, collaborate with various teams to align solutions with client needs, and enhance the Strategic Engagement function in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the initial proposal creation for B2B and B2C sales prospects
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and leadership to identify Hanover's capabilities that meet client needs
- Streamline and improve the proposal process while contributing to sales enablement and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a sales, research, or sales support role
- A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution
- Strong understanding of research processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience using Salesforce CRM applications
