Job Summary

To serve as a strategic partner to the Corporate Sales team, the full-time Senior Strategic Engagement Director will manage the creation of research proposals, collaborate with various teams to align solutions with client needs, and enhance the Strategic Engagement function in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the initial proposal creation for B2B and B2C sales prospects
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and leadership to identify Hanover's capabilities that meet client needs
  • Streamline and improve the proposal process while contributing to sales enablement and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in a sales, research, or sales support role
  • A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution
  • Strong understanding of research processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM applications
