Senior Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading financial analysis and decision support initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Strategic Finance Manager will develop models and insights to drive growth and profitability while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Long Range Plan, aligning capital allocation and growth assumptions with the company's long-term vision
• Build and maintain models to measure and improve unit economics across various customer segments and channels
• Deliver clear, executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions, translating data into actionable narratives

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or related finance roles
• Experience with subscription business models and understanding of ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch
• Ability to present data and analysis clearly to executives and board-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or health tech experience is a plus
