Key Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, delivers, evaluates, and supports project management needs for strategic network initiatives
• Assesses performance gaps and identifies opportunities for strategic expense reduction and revenue growth
• Facilitates team meetings, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of project-related documents while identifying barriers and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess team building skills and emotional and social intelligence
• Collaboration, resilience, managerial courage, and professionalism are essential
