Job Summary

Supporting the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, the full-time Senior Strategic Initiatives Lead will drive organizational effectiveness, enhance leadership development, and ensure the execution of enterprise priorities in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of executive succession and leadership planning processes, partnering with executive leadership to identify talent needs and development priorities
• Institutionalize a coaching and accountability culture across the organization, reinforcing leadership expectations and high-performance behaviors
• Drive the redesign and management of executive forums and leadership programs, enhancing connectivity and decision-making across the company

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8-15+ years of experience in strategy, organizational effectiveness, or executive operations
• Experience designing and operating executive leadership forums or development programs
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in complex organizations
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities
