Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across a category-specific partner portfolio, focusing on rev share and pipeline performance
- Develop and execute strategic revenue plans for key partners, setting clear targets for lead generation and closed-won revenue
- Lead business reviews and partner accountability initiatives to ensure alignment with mutual growth goals
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or HR tech
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships and managing rev share relationships
- Metrics-driven with experience in reporting on pipeline and partner-driven revenue impact
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
