Job Summary
Driving revenue expansion in the employee wellness market, the full-time Senior Strategic Partner Manager will own and scale critical B2B reseller and distribution partnerships, focusing on account-based planning, portfolio revenue growth, and commercial deal structuring in a remote environment with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or Los Angeles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive account-based plans for top-tier partners, establishing strategic roadmaps for expansion
- Drive sell-through and adoption by identifying high-potential expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts to maximize long-term contribution margin
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of overall Sales or Revenue experience, with at least 4 years in Partner Management or Account Management
- Experience in employee wellness or digital healthcare, selling integrated solutions to C-suite executives
- Exceptional financial modeling and commercial contracting skills
- Proficiency in selling platform or data products and orchestrating API-driven solutions
- Proven success in high-growth environments, demonstrating a growth mindset and collaborative approach
