Job Summary

Driving strategic partnerships to enhance global skilling impact, the full-time Senior Strategic Partnership Manager will identify, develop, and manage partnerships that support learner skill acquisition and create measurable workforce outcomes while collaborating across internal teams and external organizations.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Global Skilling priorities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Support the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, and performance tracking
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years of experience in relevant fields such as learning and development or business development
  • OR Master's Degree or equivalent with 1+ year(s) of experience in related areas
  • Experience managing external relationships, vendors, or multi-organization initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing business cases or strategic recommendations for executive audiences
