Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to shape and drive their Consultant Program in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for executive-level stakeholders and lead consultants at partner organizations
  • Drive qualified opportunities from Consultant Partners to the Sales team and implement strategic plans for consistent referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage relationships and enhance the sales process and renewal experience
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in employer healthcare benefit consulting or partnerships/sales in the vendor space
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, health management, or well-being
  • Proven track record of developing strong partnership relationships and meeting sales goals
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills with large strategic partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
