Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to shape and drive consultant partnerships in the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the national point of contact for key brokerage and consulting partners, managing relationships across Midwest consulting firms
- Drive growth by generating qualified opportunities through consultant partners and executing strategic plans for referrals and advocacy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to activate relationships and support a seamless client experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefits space, including brokerage, consulting, or vendor partnerships/sales
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with national and regional brokerage and consulting firms
- Demonstrated success in influencing pipeline through generating qualified sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of how consultants evaluate solutions and make client recommendations
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, Health Management, or a related field
