Senior Strategic Planning Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the technical lead for strategic facilitation and governance development, the remote Senior Strategic Planning & Governance Consultant will guide executive leadership in decision-making processes and ensure the institutionalization of governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and facilitates executive workshops, leadership interviews, and stakeholder collaboration sessions to define organizational vision and strategic goals
• Develops governance frameworks by establishing governance boards, roles, decision authorities, and workflows
• Leads the creation of the Strategic Implementation Plan, including governance maturation activities and organizational change recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilitating executive strategic planning and organizational transformation within DoD or Federal agencies
• Demonstrated experience in developing governance frameworks and strategic plans
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Systems Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
