Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Planning Manager to drive Sales Strategy and GTM Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of business performance drivers and cross-functional improvement opportunities
- Lead sales segmentation analyses and support territory planning to enhance coverage and productivity
- Establish performance frameworks and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of segmentation and territory decisions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in Sales / GTM Strategy and Operations, preferably in a B2B setting
- Experience in a fast-moving Technology, Software, or SaaS environment; Management Consulting or Real Estate experience is a plus
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation software
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting quota-carrying sales organizations through strategic planning decisions
- Experience leading end-to-end projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
