Senior Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Strategic Planning Manager will manage business performance, lead cross-functional teams, and develop sophisticated forecasting models for Zillow's Software and Advertising products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Zillow's businesses and key performance drivers to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities
• Drive the annual operating plan, including goal setting and performance management, while leading executive-level business reviews
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Finance to meet critical business milestones

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Experience in Strategy, Planning, or GTM in a Technology, Software, or SaaS setting
• Proficient in SQL and visualization software (e.g., Tableau) for large-scale data manipulation
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative business analysis and forecasting
• Experience driving performance metrics and facilitating executive-level business reviews
