A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Planning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analyses of potential strategic acquisitions
Utilize financial modeling and forecasting techniques to evaluate business scenarios
Support all aspects of the transaction execution process for acquisitions and divestitures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements
Experience in developing financial models and conducting company valuations
