Senior Strategic Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives and drive product strategy and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership by shaping long-term roadmaps and translating strategy into executable plans
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring organization-wide alignment
• Manage complex interrelated projects to ensure alignment and realization of business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a business analyst, project manager, program manager, or similar role
• 5 years of experience in insurance and financial services
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and leading cross-functional project meetings
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid models)
• Demonstrated AI literacy and willingness to adopt AI-enabled workflows
